Filming

In the last few weeks we have managed to bring one of the best chefs in the country, Michel Roux Jr, on board as a non-executive director. We started our crowd funding campaign with a short film explaining the concept.

The film was shot by James Moriarty who is an exceptional DOP. He also did some of the product shots for the website and we went on several cutaway shoots towards the end of the summer both outside of London and within the city.  I (Richard) produced and directed it with sound by Adam Williams and edited by Theresa Logun.
